All orders received weekdays by 2 PM Mountain Standard Time are usually shipped the same day. Orders received after 2pm or on weekends will be shipped the next business day.
How will my product be shipped?
Orders are usually shipped UPS ground unless overnight shipping is requested.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Shipping time is generally 1 to 5 days to most US locations depending on the distance from Salt Lake City, Utah. For more accurate shipping time, see the map below.
Overnight shipments are guaranteed to arrive by 10:30 AM to most locations. Orders received by 2PM MST weekdays are usually shipped the same day we receive them. Overnight orders shipped on Friday will arrive on Monday.
How can I check the status of my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Your confirmation also includes a UPS tracking number that allows you to check the status of your delivery with UPS online at www.UPS.com anytime.
Is
Viroxyn available in stores?
Viroxyn is currently not available in retail stores. You can purchase it from many medical professionals such as dentists and doctors and at www.SolutionsOnline.us. It does not require a prescription.

How permanent is the whitening process?
Once the desired whitening level has been attained, usually within 7-10 days, the whitening results can last several years. Some foods, coffee, beverages and wines can discolor your teeth. After the initial treatment, a touchup every 4-6 months is recommended. For optimal results, it is suggested that you get your teeth cleaned to remove plaque.
What is the difference between Pro-White and laser teeth whitening?
Both methods whiten your teeth. However, the only advantage of laser whitening is that your teeth are whiter in an hour as opposed to 10 days. Laser whitening costs up to $600 and the bleaching tray method only costs $99.95. Many people take pain medicine after laser whitening to mitigate sensitivity. With Pro-White’s bleaching tray method, each customer controls how long the tray is in their mouth each day and can adjust for sensitive teeth if needed. About 90% of all US dentists use the bleaching tray method. To keep laser results from fading, many people buy teeth whitening systems like Pro-White.
Will Pro-White cause sensitivity with my teeth?
Most people don’t have a problem with sensitivity. For the small percentage that do, it is recommended they wear the bleaching trays for only 30 minutes a day instead of 1-3 hours or wear them every other day. Although this lengthens the whitening process, sensitivity issues should stop.
Will Pro-White work on caps, dentures or partials?
No. Teeth whitening only works on natural/real teeth.
Are the custom whitening trays similar to those used at the dentist office?
Yes, the Pro-White dental lab makes teeth whitening trays, night guards and mouth guards. Dental offices use similar dental labs for these appliances. Pro-White is the same quality at a lower price.
How does Carbamide Peroxide whiten teeth?
Carbamide Peroxide makes up the bleaching gel commonly used by dentists to whiten your teeth. Although there are many concentrations, 22% strength is the most common. Pro-White provides large 3 ml tubes of 22% Carbamide Peroxide Gel. These tubes contain extra gel for later touchups. This high-viscosity gel works on tough stains and whitens faster.

How soon will my order ship?
Orders are shipped within 1-3 days of ordering. After impressions are received at the Pro-White dental lab, 1-3 days are needed to make your custom teeth whitening trays before sending them back through the mail.
What guarantee does Pro-White offer?
If you are not satisfied with the results of Pro-White, return the system within 30 days of receiving the custom bleaching trays (shipping charges exempt) for a full refund.
